Service Now ITOM Architect - MUST HAVE SC CLEARANCE - Preston and remote - 3 months+
One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Service Now ITOM Architect.

CONTRACTOR MUST BE SC CLEARED (active) AND BE A SOLE UK NATIONAL
The candidate hasn't been outside the UK for more than 28 consecutive days during the last 5 years
Work Setup: 60% on site
MUST BE PAYE THROUGH UMBRELLA
We are seeking an experienced Service Now ITOM Architect to support the design and delivery of Service Now IT Operations Management capabilities within a complex enterprise environment. The successful candidate will provide architectural leadership, solution design expertise, and guidance across key ITOM modules while ensuring alignment to Service Now best practice and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead architecture and solution design activities for Service Now ITOM implementations.
- Define technical architecture for Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery and CMDB.
- Provide governance and assurance across Service Now delivery teams.
- Design scalable and maintainable integrations between Service Now and third-party tooling.
- Support estimation, planning and solution approvals.
- Work with customer stakeholders to define requirements and architecture roadmaps.
- Ensure CMDB design supports service visibility, operational processes and reporting requirements.
- Provide technical leadership to developers, administrators and project teams.
- Contribute to bid responses, solution reviews and client presentations where required.
- Proven experience as a Service Now Architect.
- Extensive hands-on experience delivering Service Now ITOM solutions.

- o Operational Intelligence (desirable)
- Experience integrating Service Now with enterprise monitoring and infrastructure tools.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise service management practices.
- Experience designing secure and scalable Service Now solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified System Administrator/ITOM certifications.
- Experience working within regulated or defence environments.
- Experience supporting large-scale Service Now transformation programmes.
