Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and coordinating ERP application activities across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and coordinate ERP application projects across Asia Pacific entities, including project planning, implementation, testing, deployment, training, system upgrades, migrations, and post-go-live support.
Provide Level 2 application support and troubleshooting for ERP systems.
Work closely with the ERP Helpdesk team to ensure system stability and timely resolution of user issues.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimisation, and business value creation.
Collaborate with development teams, regional ERP support teams, and IT stakeholders to deliver effective system solutions.
Manage change requests and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
Travel overseas when required.
Minimum 3 years of related experience required.
Experience in IT application support and familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Good knowledge of ERP systems.
Strong data analysis skills, with knowledge of SQL.
Efficient project management skills.
Experience in the manufacturing sector would be advantageous.
SAP S/4
HANA support experience would be an advantage.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields.
Strong analytical and multi-tasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Good understanding of ERP application support and implementation processes.
Ability to work with business stakeholders, development teams, ERP support teams, and IT stakeholders.
Good documentation and training material development skills.
Language ability in Bahasa Indonesia and/or Japanese will be beneficial in communicating with stakeholders in Indonesia and Japan HQ.
