- Nederlandse Spoorwegen zoekt een BI Specialist HR Insights die end-to-end dataoplossingen levert. Je vertaalt HR-vraagstukken naar robuuste Power BI-rapportages en interactieve dashboards, met focus op performance en gebruiksgemak.
Je werkt in Team HR Insights binnen het data-hart van NS, in een Agile/Scrum omgeving. Ruime ervaring met Power BI, DAX, Power Query en SQL is vereist, samen met een HBO/WO-opleiding en minimaal drie jaar ervaring.
