Big Panda is looking for a Principal Solutions Architect to join our Professional Services team in EMEA.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role - focused on helping strategic enterprise customers design, implement, and realise long-term value from the Big Panda platform.

You’ll serve as a senior technical advisor and hands‑on architect, guiding customers through complex AIOps initiatives and helping them modernise incident management and service operations.

We’re looking for someone with deep enterprise delivery experience, strong architectural judgment, and the ability to influence both technical teams and senior stakeholders. You’ll partner with some of Big Panda’s most important customers to deliver production‑grade solutions, shape transformation roadmaps, and build the practices that help them improve operational resilience at scale.

• Lead strategic customer engagements - from discovery through implementation, adoption, and value realisation
• Architect end-to-end Big Panda solutions - across workflows, integrations, data design, and production go-lives
• Partner with senior customer stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and operational transformation priorities
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex architecture decisions, implementation risks, and customer requirements
• Build reusable playbooks, best practices, and architecture patterns while mentoring other Solutions Architects
• Drive multiple customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, ensuring each delivers business value and technical alignment
• Act as a trusted senior advisor to executive stakeholders - shaping operating-model decisions and securing sponsorship for change
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Product, and R&D
• Contribute to Big Panda’s best practices framework and support continuous improvement of our delivery methodology

• 8+ years of experience in post-sales, technical architecture, consulting, or professional services
• Deep knowledge of monitoring, observability, ITSM, and incident response platforms
• Track record leading complex enterprise implementations across multiple stakeholder groups
• Ability to influence senior customer stakeholders and connect technical decisions to business outcomes
• Strong architecture, whiteboarding, and technical documentation skills across multi-platform environments
• Comfortable writing Python or Node.js for integrations, troubleshooting, and solution delivery
• Strong consultative communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience improving team practices through mentoring, reusable assets, or process development
• Detail-oriented and energetic, with a "get it done" attitude
• Ability to travel up to 10% for key project milestones

• Native or fluent German or French speaker
