Bedrock Learning is seeking a proactive Product Support Specialist to join our remote team, supporting schools via phone, email, and live chat. You’ll onboard new schools and help maintain our knowledge base and self-service resources.
You’ll work with Zendesk, Hubspot, and other CRMs, delivering excellent support while developing product knowledge in a fast-paced EdTech environment. This role offers a flexible, 4-day/Week culture and growth opportunities.
