We're Hiring:
Servicedesk Engineer (12 hrs shift job) - $2800/month!
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Servicedesk Engineer to join our team in Singapore. This is a full-time, work-from-office position requiring 12-hour shifts. If you have at least 1 year of IT support experience and enjoy solving technical challenges, we'd love to hear from you!
Location: Singapore, Singapore
Work Mode: Work from Office
Role: Servicedesk Engineer (12 hrs shift job)
- Provide first-level IT support to end users via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Log and track incidents using ticketing systems
- Escalate unresolved problems to appropriate teams
- Maintain accurate records of user interactions and solutions
- Ensure excellent customer service during all interactions
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT servicedesk/support role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS environments
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts as scheduled
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
