About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced AI Operations (AIOps) Engineer to join their global team, working fully remotely. This role is critical for leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance IT operations, automate processes, and improve system performance and reliability. You will be responsible for implementing and managing AIOps platforms, analyzing operational data, and developing intelligent solutions to predict and resolve IT issues proactively.

• Implement, configure, and manage AIOps platforms and tools for monitoring, analysis, and automation.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models for anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and root cause analysis in IT systems.
• Analyze large volumes of operational data (logs, metrics, traces) to identify performance bottlenecks and potential issues.
• Automate IT operational tasks and workflows using AI-driven insights and scripting.
• Collaborate with IT operations, development, and security teams to integrate AIOps solutions and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or Dev Ops, with a strong focus on AIOps.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and experience with IT monitoring and automation tools.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and experience applying them to operational data.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
