About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Telecommunications Systems Specialist to join their fully remote workforce. • Install, configure, and maintain telecommunications systems, including PBX, VoIP, and related hardware/software.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Respond to and resolve technical support requests related to telecommunications systems promptly and effectively.
• Develop and update technical documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to integrate new technologies and upgrade existing systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and security best practices for all telecommunications infrastructure.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with PBX systems, VoIP technologies, and network infrastructure.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting common telecommunications hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with cloud-based communication platforms and unified communications solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide remote technical support.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a remote setting.
