IAM Architect – IGA, Zero Trust, Governance, AWS, Remote

Proven Lead IAM Architect with experience of operating at TDA level, with expert Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) experience required. You will lead the design and delivery of the organisation's identity as the core security control plane aligned with Zero Trust principles. Provide cross-programme governance, secure-by-design solutions, and stakeholder leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Define target-state IAM architecture: verification, governance, authentication, privileged & citizen identities, federation, NHI/MIMLead end-to-end solution design, ensuring standards compliance and security

Embed secure-by-design and risk-based controls

Develop identity life cycle, migration, and federation strategies

Deliver phased IAM roadmap and stakeholder engagement

Deliverables:

Architecture blueprint & assessment

Governance & life cycle models

Authentication & privileged access designs

Federation & migration plans

Roadmap with milestones

Experience & skills:

Extensive enterprise IAM (IGA, AM, PAM, CIAM, federation, NHI/MIM)
Zero Trust & risk-led security design

Large-scale IAM delivery & migration

Knowledge of Entra , AWS Cognito, IAM tooling

Stakeholder leadership
