• Lead and mentor a team of pharmaceutical data analysts, overseeing project assignments and professional development.
• Develop and implement advanced analytical models and strategies to extract meaningful insights from large, complex datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Clinical Operations, Marketing) to define data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and present findings to senior management.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant industry standards and privacy regulations.

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, data mining, and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau).
• Proven ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable business recommendations.
