Remote Project Manager - Digital Transformation

About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Project Manager to drive critical digital transformation initiatives across the organization. This role is pivotal in guiding cross-functional teams through the implementation of new technologies, processes, and strategies aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, from defining scope and objectives to execution, monitoring, and successful closure, all within a fully remote setting.

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of digital transformation projects.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring clear communication across all project phases.
• Manage and motivate geographically dispersed project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective solutions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Facilitate change management processes and ensure user adoption of new digital tools and workflows.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on digital transformation and technology implementation.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale projects in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with change management strategies and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
