About the Role
Our client is seeking an expert Senior Cloud Solutions Architect with deep specialization in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to join their technology leadership team, operating remotely. This role is pivotal in designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions on AWS that align with business objectives. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to define cloud strategy, architect complex systems, and ensure best practices are followed.
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned architect to drive cloud adoption and innovation in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
- Design and architect robust, scalable, and highly available solutions on the AWS platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical cloud strategies.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on AWS services, best practices, and governance.
- Develop migration strategies for moving on-premises workloads to the cloud.
- Ensure security, compliance, and cost optimization are integral components of all cloud architectures.
- Evaluate and recommend new AWS services and technologies to enhance capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and solutions architecture, with at least 5 years focused on AWS .
- Proven experience designing and deploying complex, mission-critical applications on AWS.
- Deep understanding of core AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Dev Ops principles , IaC, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
