Senior UI​/UX Designer; Remote

About the Role

Our client is seeking an exceptional Senior UI/UX Designer to join their fully remote team, focusing on creating intuitive and impactful digital experiences. You will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle, from user research and wire framing to prototyping and high-fidelity interface design for their suite of products. This role requires a user-centric mindset, a passion for elegant design, and the ability to translate complex user needs into simple, beautiful, and functional interfaces.

You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and user-friendly product experience.

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all products.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate design concepts into functional specifications.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development process, ensuring user-centered design principles are applied.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and product development.
• Expertise in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Experience designing for responsive web applications and mobile platforms.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
