• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for IT systems.

• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven ability to elicit, document, and manage business requirements.
• Experience with system design, development lifecycle (SDLC), and agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
