• Manage the day-to-day operations and strategic development of the online learning platform (LMS).
• Oversee the integration of new features, tools, and third-party applications to enhance the platform's functionality.
• Collaborate with development teams, instructional designers, and stakeholders to define platform requirements and roadmaps.
• Ensure the platform's stability, security, and optimal performance for all users.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing learning management systems (LMS) or similar online platforms.
• Proven experience with platform strategy, implementation, and user experience optimization.
• Strong understanding of e-learning technologies, web development principles, and data analytics.
