- Monitor and analyze the performance of mining operational software, including fleet management and production tracking systems.

- Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to implement system upgrades and new technologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis and system enhancements.
- Provide training and support to users of mining software and systems across various locations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining operations or a related technical support role.
- Proven experience with mining-specific software suites (e.g., Deswik, Vulcan, Mine Sight) and data analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of remote monitoring systems and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, adapted for remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
