Our client is searching for a skilled Remote Technical Support Specialist to join their team, offering a hybrid work arrangement. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing advanced technical assistance to clients, diagnosing complex issues, and implementing effective resolutions to ensure system integrity and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with customers to understand their technical challenges and guide them through solutions, contributing to a seamless user experience.

- Provide expert troubleshooting and support for complex technical issues via phone, email, and remote access.
- Diagnose hardware, software, and network problems and develop effective solutions.
- Document technical incidents, root causes, and resolutions in the support database.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify and resolve software bugs and performance issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, guides, and knowledge base articles for customers and internal teams.
- Mentor junior support staff on technical troubleshooting techniques.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or systems administration role.
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles.
- Proficiency with remote support tools, diagnostic utilities, and ticketing systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, with some on‑site presence required in Nelspruit.
