You will be a crucial remote link, supporting businesses across various locations without requiring physical presence in Soweto or elsewhere.

• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for hospitality software and platforms.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, offering timely and effective solutions.
• Guide clients through system setup, configuration, and user training sessions.
• Document support interactions, resolutions, and knowledge base articles for future reference.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to the product development team for system improvements.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through professional and efficient remote support.

• Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or a client-facing role, preferably within the hospitality technology sector.
• Strong understanding of common hospitality software (e.g., PMS, POS systems).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in using remote support tools and common office software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment .
