Remote Senior Project Manager - E-commerce Platforms

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Senior Project Manager to drive the development and optimization of their cutting-edge e-commerce platforms. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere, leading agile teams in delivering best-in-class online shopping experiences. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from conception and roadmap planning through to execution, launch, and post-launch analysis, ensuring seamless integration of new features and functionalities.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce platform projects, including new feature development, website redesigns, and performance optimizations.
• Manage multiple project teams, utilizing Agile methodologies to ensure efficient and iterative development cycles.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with product owners and key stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, implementing proactive solutions.
• Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across distributed teams and international stakeholders.
• Ensure the successful launch and ongoing performance of e-commerce initiatives, tracking key metrics and user feedback.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a substantial focus on e-commerce and digital platforms.
• Proven experience managing complex web development and online retail projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce technologies, user experience (UX) principles, and digital marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage remote teams effectively.
