Project Manager - Enterprise Solutions

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the implementation of Enterprise Solutions within their operations based in Soweto . This role is critical for managing the deployment of new business systems, optimizing existing enterprise resource planning (ERP) functionalities, and ensuring successful integration across various departments. You will work with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of enterprise systems and a proven ability to lead complex project initiatives effectively, contributing to improved business processes and operational efficiency.

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise solution projects, from initiation to post-implementation review.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with business leaders and IT teams.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and subject matter experts.
• Oversee vendor management and ensure that third-party solutions meet project requirements and contractual obligations.
• Communicate project progress, key milestones, and potential issues to stakeholders regularly.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on implementing enterprise-level solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM, SCM).
• Proven experience managing projects involving significant system integration and business process re-engineering.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software implementation life cycles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools, such as MS Project or Jira.
