- Manage and update product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to drive website traffic and sales.
- Analyze website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor online sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies for optimization.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
- Provide excellent online customer support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
