Information Security Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic Information Security Manager to lead their security program. This is a key leadership role responsible for establishing and executing a robust cybersecurity strategy that protects the organization’s assets and data. You will manage a team of security professionals, oversee security operations, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. • Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s comprehensive information security strategy and roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of information security professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and operation of security controls, policies, and procedures across all IT environments.
• Manage the incident response program, ensuring timely and effective resolution of security breaches and developing post-incident review processes.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, identify security vulnerabilities, and oversee the remediation of identified risks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy regulations and industry security standards.

• Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in information security, with a minimum of 4 years in a management or leadership capacity.
• Proven success in developing and implementing enterprise-wide information security programs.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), and best practices.
• Strong experience with risk management, compliance, incident response, and security operations.
