About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Remote E-commerce Analyst to provide critical insights into sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends. This role is fundamental in guiding data-informed decisions to optimize the online shopping experience and drive revenue growth. As a fully remote position, you will leverage your analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders across the organization.

• Analyze e-commerce sales data, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the e-commerce business.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product performance to measure effectiveness and ROI.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize the customer journey, improve conversion rates, and increase average order value (AOV).
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to provide market intelligence.

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the e-commerce or digital marketing space.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
• Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and KPIs.
