DevOps Engineer - CI​/CD Specialist

About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Dev Ops Engineer with a specialization in CI/CD to join their innovative team in Centurion . This role is critical for streamlining the software development lifecycle, enhancing deployment efficiency, and ensuring the reliability of our client's production systems. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining automated pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and fostering collaboration between development and operations teams.

• Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Formation.
• Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement and refine monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize application delivery.
• Ensure the security and compliance of the infrastructure and deployment processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Dev Ops or SRE role, with a strong focus on CI/CD.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, CircleCI, or Azure Dev Ops.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or Power Shell.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
