About the Role
Our client is looking for a forward-thinking Senior Digital Operations Manager to spearhead their digital operations strategy in a fully remote capacity. This role is key to ensuring the seamless performance, scalability, and security of our client's digital platforms and services. You will lead a team of digital operations specialists, driving innovation in areas such as cloud infrastructure, Dev Ops practices, and online service delivery.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of digital platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
- Lead and mentor the digital operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies for cloud infrastructure management, including deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Drive the adoption and enhancement of Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
- Manage security protocols and ensure compliance with relevant digital regulations and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
Master's degree preferred. - 8+ years of experience in digital operations, IT infrastructure, or Dev Ops, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools, automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
