Senior UI​/UX Designer - Remote

About the Role

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, including user research, wire framing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
• Develop and maintain detailed user personas, user journey maps, and information architecture diagrams.
• Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
• Present design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and interaction design principles.
• Experience working within an Agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
