Graduate Trainee - Data Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking sharp and analytical Graduate Trainees to join their data-driven team as Data Analysts, fully remote, serving clients across Randburg and beyond. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates with a passion for data to develop their skills in data extraction, transformation, analysis, and visualization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

• Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources for analysis.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and business intelligence tools.

• A recent graduate with a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as SQL and experience with programming languages like Python or R is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is beneficial.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
