About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Remote Telecoms Network Architect to lead the strategic design and evolution of their global network infrastructure. • Develop and maintain the high-level design and architecture for the company's global telecommunications network, including core, edge, and access layers.
• Define network standards, roadmaps, and technology strategies, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
• Evaluate and recommend new network technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance capabilities and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure architectural alignment and successful project delivery.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to network engineering teams across different regions.
• Lead the design of complex network deployments, including multi-cloud environments, SD-WAN, and advanced routing solutions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 10+ years of experience in designing and architecting large-scale, complex telecommunications networks.
• Deep expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), MPLS, SD-WAN, cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP), and security architectures.
• Proven track record of successful technology selection and implementation for enterprise networks.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
