Bioinformatics Specialist - Genomics Research

• Analyze next-generation sequencing (NGS) data, including WGS, WES, and RNA-Seq.
• Develop, implement, and optimize bioinformatics pipelines for data processing and analysis.
• Perform statistical analysis and visualization of genomic data to identify patterns and insights.
• Collaborate with biologists and geneticists to interpret findings and guide experimental design.
• Manage and curate large genomic datasets in a secure and organized manner.

• Master's or PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in bioinformatics, with a strong focus on genomic data analysis.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and common bioinformatics tools/libraries (e.g., Bioconductor, Samtools).
• Experience with command-line interfaces and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
• Solid understanding of molecular biology principles and genomics technologies.
