About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative Project Manager to drive their digital transformation initiatives, supporting operations in Nelspruit . You will guide the implementation of new digital technologies, platforms, and processes to enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and foster business growth. This role is critical for shaping the company's digital future and requires a proactive leader adept at managing complex technology projects in a dynamic market, with a focus on a remote-first working culture.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement across departments involved in digital initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement new digital tools and technologies to improve business processes and customer engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; PMP or Agile certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management , with a significant focus on digital transformation and technology projects.
• Proven experience implementing digital solutions such as CRM, ERP, e-commerce platforms, or data analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing distributed teams.
