About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Remote Network Infrastructure Technician to join their distributed team. This role is crucial for the ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our client's global network infrastructure from a remote location. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and performance of network systems, responding to alerts, and resolving issues with minimal disruption.

• Remotely monitor network performance and infrastructure health using established tools.
• Diagnose and resolve network-related issues, including connectivity problems, hardware malfunctions, and software glitches.
• Perform remote installations, configurations, and upgrades of network devices and systems.
• Implement network security measures and ensure compliance with policies.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps accurately.
• Provide remote technical support to end-users and other IT teams as needed.

• Proven experience as a Network Infrastructure Technician or similar role, with a strong track record in remote support.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Proficiency with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in written and verbal remote collaboration.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Network+) are highly advantageous.
