This role focuses on providing advanced technical assistance, diagnosing, and resolving complex issues related to the client's software and hardware products. You will be a crucial part of the technical support infrastructure, ensuring our clients receive prompt and effective solutions.

The ideal candidate is proficient in troubleshooting, possesses excellent communication skills, and is committed to delivering a superior remote support experience, ensuring seamless operations for users nationwide.

• Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for software applications and IT infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Document support activities, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff or development teams as needed.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to end-users of varying technical expertise.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.

• 2-4 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues with operating systems (Windows, macOS).
• Experience supporting SaaS products or web-based applications.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and hardware troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote capacity, ideally based in or near East London .
