• Lead the design and development of high-level technical solutions for complex telecom projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Develop detailed architectural blueprints, specifications, and proposals for voice, data, and converged communication systems.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, platforms, and vendor solutions to enhance service offerings and competitive edge.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to solution architects and engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with pre-sales teams to understand customer requirements and present compelling technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions are designed for scalability, security, high availability, and operational efficiency.

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in telecommunications architecture and design.
• In-depth knowledge of IP networking, cloud-based communication platforms, mobile networks (4G/5G), and SDN/NFV.
• Demonstrated experience in architecting large-scale, complex enterprise solutions.
• Strong understanding of business drivers and the ability to map technical capabilities to business outcomes.
