Agile Scrum Master

Position: Agile Scrum Master - Hybrid Role
Be a pivotal Scrum Master in a hybrid environment in Toronto or Waterloo, Canada.

Your role will focus on Agile leadership and transforming team dynamics effectively.

This position offers the opportunity to coach teams in Agile practices while facilitating crucial Scrum ceremonies. You’ll manage project backlogs and ensure proper documentation is maintained. With a minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT project management, your ability to identify and remove impediments will be vital for team success. You’ll strengthen partnerships and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and daily standups

• Monitor and support the Product Owner with backlog tasks

• Help team members through risk management and issue resolution

• Build and coach high-performing Agile teams

• Ensure alignment with compliance and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• 5+ years in project management

• 3+ years in Agile coaching or transformation

• Proficient in Scrum and Agile principles

• Ability to manage conflict effectively

Lead teams to success and ensure adherence to Agile principles while supporting continuous learning and improvement.
