SCC is hiring for a permanent Tech Support - Cloud VDI role based in the UK, offering hybrid office/home working, core hours 9:00 to 17:30, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will support virtualised desktop environments, handle incidents via Service Now, and collaborate across IT teams to deliver customer-focused IT transformation and services.
Ideal candidates have MSP experience, strong Citrix/VDI knowledge, and familiarity with Windows Server, AD/GPOs, and ITIL practices.
