Tria is hiring a German-speaking Technical Support Advisor for a permanent remote role in the United Kingdom. The position includes first-line technical support via phone, live chat, and SMS, translating communications between English and German, and onboarding new customers.
The first week is onsite for training, with occasional onsite attendance for key meetings and events. Salary ranges from £25,000 to £28,500 per year.
