Position: Senior Analyst - Client Insights (Hybrid Role)

You will report to the Senior Manager of Client Insights, focusing on data analytics to drive client satisfaction and profitability. By fostering collaboration across multiple teams, you’ll ensure timely reporting and help develop best practices for the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and analyze client/matter data effectively

• Support development of client insights best practices

• Prepare monthly insights reports for stakeholders

• Conduct engagement analyses as required

• Drive improvements in client insights processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in a quantitative field and 3-5 years’ experience

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in SAP and Business Objects

• Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau

• Results-driven and highly organized
