BT Group is seeking a Citrix engineer to monitor, maintain and secure one of BT's largest environments. Citrix and associated Remote Access platforms are used by thousands across BT and require 24/7 support with regular office hours plus on-call duties.
You'll work in a team across operations and delivery, handling incidents, changes and problem management while ensuring security and high availability for remote access services used globally by BT customers and colleagues.
