About the Role
Our client is looking for an innovative and strategic Head of Digital Marketing to lead their online presence and marketing initiatives. This fully remote role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads. You will manage all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with extensive experience in leveraging digital channels to achieve business objectives and can effectively lead a remote team to success, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.
- Develop and implement a cutting-edge digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, content, social media, and email marketing.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms for maximum ROI.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a remote team of digital marketing specialists, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
Master's preferred. - 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
