• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for complex software and hardware issues.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer-reported problems in a timely manner.
• Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with development teams to report bugs and suggest product enhancements.
• Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Perform remote diagnostics and support for a global client base.

• Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or in a similar advanced support role.
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and common software applications.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) are advantageous.
