About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across all channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that visualize key marketing KPIs and trends.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis into campaign performance, user behavior, and market trends to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to the marketing team for improving campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and attribution modeling.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst or similar data-focused marketing role.
  • Strong proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics , Adobe Analytics, or similar.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
