About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Remote Agile Project Manager to drive agile transformation and lead software development projects within their dynamic organization. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from your preferred location while contributing to innovative product development. You will be responsible for guiding Scrum teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, and ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality software solutions.
The ideal candidate is a servant leader with a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, committed to fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and continuously improving team environment, even in a distributed setting.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor Scrum teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources using Agile methodologies and tools.
- Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth team progress and productivity.
- Track and report on project progress, key metrics, and team velocity to stakeholders.
- Champion Agile best practices and contribute to the organization's Agile transformation efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is required.
- Proven experience managing software development projects using Agile frameworks.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and servant leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools like Jira or Trello.
