- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues remotely.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and network devices.
- Monitor system performance and security, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
- Support the development and implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and assist in enforcing security policies.
