Senior Helpdesk Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Helpdesk Analyst to join their fully remote IT support team, supporting operations based out of Klerksdorp . In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading troubleshooting efforts, mentoring junior staff, and managing escalated technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations. You will leverage your deep technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to maintain high standards of IT service delivery across the organization.

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware, software, and network issues.

• Develop and maintain IT documentation, including knowledge base articles, procedures, and best practices.

• 5+ years of experience in IT support , helpdesk operations, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in operating systems, network protocols, and common business applications.
• Experience with IT support ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
