• Monitor website performance and identify any technical issues or user experience problems.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media management for the online store.
• Analyze e-commerce data to identify trends and provide insights for improvement.

• Proven experience in e-commerce, online retail, or a related digital role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Woo Commerce) and digital marketing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English.
• Proficiency in using online tools for content management, customer service, and data analysis.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional online customer experiences from Mahikeng or anywhere in ZA.
