About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and empathetic UX Researcher to join their product team, working remotely. This role is critical in understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations to inform the design of intuitive and effective digital products. You will conduct a variety of research studies, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and translate findings into actionable insights for the design and product development teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for a researcher passionate about user advocacy and shaping user-centered product strategies.
- Plan, design, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research studies (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability tests).
- Analyze research data to identify user pain points, needs, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Synthesize research findings into clear, compelling reports and actionable recommendations for design and product teams.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate user insights into the product development lifecycle.
- Advocate for the user throughout the design process, ensuring products are intuitive, accessible, and meet user expectations.
- Proven experience as a UX Researcher or similar role with a strong portfolio of research projects.
- Proficiency in various qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Experience with user research tools and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to articulate research findings effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
