Remote E-commerce Specialist

About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled E-commerce Specialist to join their expanding online retail division. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in South Africa . You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online store, driving traffic, and enhancing the customer journey to maximize online sales. This role requires a digital marketing savvy individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless online shopping experiences that convert browsers into loyal customers, contributing directly to the company's digital growth strategy.

• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and images on the e-commerce platform.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
• Optimize the user experience (UX) and conversion rates (CRO) of the online store.
• Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and post-purchase support.
• Stay up-to-date with e-commerce best practices and emerging digital marketing trends.

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
• Proven experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Woo Commerce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media advertising.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
