• Proven experience as an Industrial Equipment Technician or in a similar technical support role, preferably with a focus on remote assistance.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems common in industrial settings.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic software, remote monitoring tools, and technical documentation .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and concisely.
