• Provide Tools and Infrastructure:

  • Own corporate SaaS governance & budgeting by centralizing software licensing, utilization tracking, and renewals

  • Own identity & access management in compliance with security certification requirements

  • Build world-class connectivity infrastructure in our Montreal, Detroit, and Munich facilities

  • Own hardware allocation and lifecycle management

• Ensure Highly Responsive Internal Support:

  • Manage the internal help desk to ensure a high rate of infrastructure availability

  • Lead a team of IT professionals, their priorities and act as an escalation path to resolve issues

• Deploy Automation & AI Enablement:

  • Contribute to the selection, development and integration of non-developer tools

  • Build process automation and design the company’s approach to internal AI deployment

• 4-8 years in IT consulting, project management, or deployment of technical solutions and 1-2 years of experience as a team leader preferred

• High ownership, leads with high expectations and empathy

• Resourcefulness, economic discipline & ability to negotiate with suppliers

• Hands-on experience in Google Workspace admin, endpoint and device management, identity and SSO, with scripting ability (Power Shell or Python)

• Experience deploying and enabling AI utilization for non-developers

• Experience setting up and scaling IT support services

• Knowledge of networking technologies
