Location: Kingston upon Hull
Nhs Trusts seeks a Director of Operations to lead end-to-end technical delivery of NHS software deployments. The role is remote-first with quarterly travel to Ireland and occasional UK client-site visits.
From £80,000 onwards, the package is flexible based on experience. You will establish repeatable deployment frameworks, governance and KPI-driven performance while managing operational teams and ensuring NHS-compliant delivery across multiple Trusts and health systems.
